Thermal Insulation Coating
Coating was applied on 280ºCelcius live pipe to replace conventional Rockwool Insulation that caused Corrossion Under Insulation(CUI). It is designed to prevent from heat loss whilst remain safe to touch temperature from the outer surface.

Guy Wires Tensioning and Greasing for Flaretip tower
We use a calibrated & latest tensioning tool to ensure that the guy wires are tensioned to the appropriate level.
Close visual & tactile inspection are conducted to ensure no snap wires. High grade of grease also applied to prevent corrossion & weather protection.
All task are carried-out by IRATA certified abseilers.

Pipe Hanger & Spring Support
Type of Pipe support and spring hangers including materials are carefully selected to meet the specific load, thermal movement and vibration.
Installation are done by crews with consult and supervision from the origin maker.
